How Can I Get Some Relief?
Saline nasal sprays like Ocean or Ayr work well for short-term relief and for intermittent bloody noses. Some people use a neti pot (nasal wash kit) to flush the nasal passages and put moisture in the nose. Running a humidifier in your home during winter is helpful, too.

Do I Need to See a Doctor?
Maybe, if bleeding is profuse or if you have bleeding throughout the year, a sign something else (besides an allergy) may be going on and you should be checked by a doctor.
