L Carnitine and Acetyl L Carnitine

L Carnitine and Acetyl L Carnitine improve energy levels by burning fat as fuel. It helps regulate metabolism and reduce and normalize trigylcerides in the blood. It also helps transport long chain fatty acids into the mitochondria providing fuel for energy.
L Carnitine and Acetyl L Carnitine is used to carry activated long chain fatty acids across the inner mitochondrial membrane of the cell. Once inside the cell, the fat can be oxidized and its energy released.
