Jones never worried about Jets' flirtation with McFadden
HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. -- Thomas Jones heard all the talk and refused to let it bother him.
In the months following the New York Jets dismal 4-12 season, many fans and members of the media insisted running back Darren McFadden would be a perfect fit for a team needing a big-time playmaker.
Honestly, I never was concerned about it, the Jets starting running back said tersely.

2007 Statistics:
Rushes: 310
Yards: 1,119
Touchdowns: 1
After Oakland selected the Arkansas star with the fourth overall pick -- two spots ahead of the Jets -- many assumed Jones felt relieved.
No, he said, shaking his head. Who cares? Thats not my job. Ive been through it all before. My job is to play football. The coaches and the management, thats their job. Ill leave their job up to them, and Ill do my job.
Jones split time with Cedric Benson and the two were less than friendly, despite helping lead the Bears to the Super Bowl in 2007. A few weeks later, Chicago traded Jones to New ...
Golf Tips from Camilo Villegas
Last September, Camilo Villegas was driving his black, 500-horsepower Porsche Cayenne Turbo to his Atlanta hotel after a PGA tournament when he saw flashing lights behind him. He pulled onto the shoulder of the road and waited as a policeman sauntered up to his window.
You been drinking? the cop asked.
Officer, I just got off the golf course. I was playing in a tournament, replied Villegas.
So youve had a few drinks.
Officer, like I said, I just got off the course.
Thats exactly what I mean, countered the cop. You golf, you drink. Thats what its all about.
After Villegas explained he was a professional golfer, the officer relented and let him off the hook for creeping above the speed limit. I thought that was pretty funny, says Villegas. Lots of people still don think of golf as a sport.
Villegas pronounced bee-JAY-gus is a 26-year-old from Colombia who turned pro in 2004 and finished last year with nearly $4 million in career earnings. Although he has yet to ...
Brady recovered from Super Bowl loss, ankle injury
FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady joked on Saturday about the lingering effects of his ankle injury from late last season.
“The ankle feels great and I’ve been able to do pretty much everything that I normally do, the NFLs Most Valuable Player told Patriots.com following the second day of the three-day mandatory minicamp.
I’m still slow, I can’t jump and I don’t lift very much. That hasn’t changed,” he said with a smile.
Brady, who turns 31 in August, first injured his ankle against San Diego in the AFC Championship Game. News of the injury broke when he was first photographed in New York wearing a protective boot two weeks before the Super Bowl.

Player Etiquette
There are some lessons men can learn that will instantly improve their chances; here are a few techniques on Player etiquette that will show her you’re a class act.
Bad habits
Chewing your nails, picking your teeth, picking your nose, smoking -- it happens all the time, and I’ve seen more guys do it involuntarily than a Player should. Displaying your bad habits when you’re picking up a woman is going to instantly kill your game; your little nuances are as glaring as the skin flakes on your shirt. Really, is that appropriate? I think not.
A Player has to be prudent about the little things he does. While on the surface it may seem harmless and subtle, to her it’s an obtrusive turnoff that’s going to net you a handshake good-bye rather than the desired fervent lip-lock. Be mindful of what your intuition wants you to do, and think about the consequences if you fall back into your bad habits. Then, think about what kind of benefits you’ll get from her if you suppress your otherwise ...

Indiana Jones 4
Who? Harrison Ford old, Shia LaBeouf greasy, Karen Allen mumsy, Cate Blanchett bobbed, Ray Winstone Ray Winstoney
Background: Close to twenty years, it took. Nearly two full decades, apparently, to perfect a script. To gather its peerless troupe of main players, to synchronise impossibly busy schedules and to hone a suitably astonishing final chapter to one of the greatest film franchises ever. Then 79 filming days to commit a genuine world cinematic event to celluloid: the fourth Indiana Jones movie. And what do we get? We’ll tell you. CGI gophers with surprised expressions, that’s what. Infantile, clunking dialogue. Green-screen sub-XBox action sequences. Elderly people kissing. The only human being ever to survive a nuclear detonation at point-blank range. Later, CGI monkeys with expressions. And your worst nightmares confirmed – aliens and flying saucers. Yes, it’s worse than you could possibly comprehend. A more stultifying disappointment, arguably, than The Phantom Menace. ...
Top 10: Tuner Models
You might be wondering what tuner models actually do. In short, they’re the hotties who grace the pages of auto magazines like Super Street and Import Tuner. They also appear in hot rod and dirt bike calendars, work as spokeswomen for auto part companies and can generally be seen prancing around in tiny outfits at big racing events. Unless you harbor a love of cars and their various parts, you may not have heard of some of these tuner models. Of course, some of them often cross over into other forms of modeling so there is a chance you may know them well from other areas.
In any case these tuner models are the girls who we feel have made the biggest impact and turned the most heads in the tuner modeling biz.

Culture & Heritage Malta
With 7,000 years of history, the Maltese Islands are steeped in culture and heritage. The Islands went through a golden Neolithic period, the remains of which are the mysterious megalithic temples dedicated to the goddess of fertility. Later on, the Phoenicians, the Carthaginians, the Romans and the Byzantines, all left their traces on the Islands.
In 60 A.D. St. Paul was shipwrecked on the island while on his way to Rome and brought Christianity to Malta. The Arabs conquered the islands in 870 A.D. and left an important mark on the language of the Maltese. Until 1530 Malta was an extension of Sicily, the Normans, the Aragonese and other conquerors who ruled over Sicily also governed the Maltese Islands. It was Charles V who bequeathed Malta to the Sovereign Military Order of St. John of Jerusalem who ruled over Malta from 1530 to 1798. The Knights took Malta through a new golden age making it a key player in the cultural arena of 17th and 18th century Europe. The artistic and ...
Porsche Design P9521 mobile phone
After collaborations with fashion designers proved popular this year, Sagem has teamed up with luxury car manufacturer Porsche Design to produce a phone that boasts fingerprint recognition technology, enabling secure access to data and dialing. The P9521 is surprisingly heavy, but perhaps a price worth paying for its sleek black glass and solid aluminium finish. Created to epitomise contemporary design, the square-jawed flip phone has more than a whiff of Eighties style about it. But with a touch screen colour display, MP3 player and a 3.2 mega pixel camera, it’s safe to say this flash phone matches style with substance. But with a hefty price tag of £800, Porsche is likely to burn a hole in your pocket as well as rubber on the track.
Available exclusively from Porsche Design stores and from ...
LG KF600
While no one has come close to matching the touch screen of the Apple iPhone, the LG KF600 is definitely headed in the right direction. The KF600 features a dual screen with the bottom half or “InteractPad” acting as the buttons, but what’s unique is that the dynamic interface adapts to the particular function that is being used. The phone has some really elegant themes interacting between the two screens, but the touchpad feels somewhat clunky and often unresponsive. Nor is the 3-megapixel camera the best you can get on a phone, but that said, the 4x digital zoom makes up for it. The photo viewer, meanwhile, is very impressive: using the touch screen you can zoom in on areas of a photo using a mini map-style interface. The KF600’s piece de resistance though is the music player, which is where the “InteractPad” really shines. As if by magic, the phone transforms into an MP3 music player with controls to skip tracks, pause and play music and even create your own playlists, while ...
LG KF700
LG is continuing to launch ever more impressive multimedia phones and the new KF700 doesn’t buck that trend. The first phone with a choice of three input methods includes a 3-inch touch-screen, alpha-numeric keypad and a customisable shortcut dial, which makes accessing the nigh-on endless list of options quick and easy. The KF700 boasts a full web browser with access to all Google sites including Maps, Gmail and YouTube, and with support for HSDPA 3G networks offering super-fast connection you can afford to leave your laptop at home. The Real Music player provides crisp sound quality with support for a wide range of formats including MP3, WAV, WMA, MIDI and AAC, plus an SD expansion slot for up to 4GB of storage, and multitaskers can use other applications while listening to music. Other features include a 3-megapixel digital camera with auto-focus with image stabiliser for blur-free shooting. Sadly, the camera lacks a zoom function, but then the quality is good enough that this is ...
Stretch Before You Drive
Hit It Longer
Stretching before golf is like eating broccoli -- we know its good for us, but we don partake nearly enough. Its worth showing up at the course 10 minutes early for this routine -- youll avoid back trouble and have more power and endurance.
Without flexibility, the best players in the world aren able to maintain their turn and hip speed from day to day, says Randy Myers, fitness director at PGA National Resort and Spa, who works on flexibility with more than 80 touring professionals. He sees amateurs wasting time on common moves, such as putting a club behind the shoulder blades. Instead, do it like the pros.

Williamson working on improving hands with new team
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Receiver Troy Williamson was the last player on the field during minicamp Saturday, spending extra time with his position coach.
Getty Images
After three disappointing seasons in Minnesota, WR Troy Williamson is looking forward to being a part of a revamped Jaguars receiving corps.
He wasn doing any speed drills. He wasn working on getting off the line of scrimmage. And he wasn running routes.
He was catching passes -- the thing that haunted him in Minnesota and caused him to seek a fresh start with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
But guess what? Williamson caught them all. In fact, he has caught just about everything thrown his way during Jacksonvilles two-day camp and since the team began offseason workouts last month.
Its just a big weight lifted off him, all that pressure, receivers coach Todd Monken said. Its still early, but weve been pleasantly surprised.
The Jaguars traded a sixth-round draft pick for Williamson, the seventh overall pick in the 2005 ...
