Tropic Thunder

If this film delivers, Tropic Thunder will join the esteemed ranks of The Naked Gun and Hot Shots as an action comedy with the innovation to match the visual absurdities. A stellar cast (you count them) play a group of ego-heavy actors filming a Vietnam movie. When their exasperated director (Coogan, no less) sees the film falling apart, he choppers them into an actual warzone and lets the tape roll. Ben Stiller directs, and Robert Downey Jr. plays an Australian actor who undergoes skin pigmentation therapy to be cast as a black man. Tee-hee.
